Pre-registration video chat is now available for the Disability Access service at Walt Disney World
Guests can now pre-register for the Disabled Access Service at Walt Disney World from their homes. Eligible customers can request a live chat 2-30 days prior to their visit to pre-register and pre-select two attraction return times.
Prior to registration, guests are advised to do the following:
- add your travel group to your Family & Friends list, so they can be included in DAS plans
- link a valid entry to the theme park for each member of your party
- ensure that the guest requesting to use DAS is present at the time of registration, either via live video chat or at one of the locations of the main guest relations entrance
Currently, live chat is available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. ET daily. The guest requesting the DAS must be 18 years of age or older or have a parent / guardian present to register.
The chat feature is compatible with screen readers and text chat is also available. At the moment, the feature is only available in English.

After completing the live chat, guests will then be able to choose the return times for the two assigned DAS Advance selections.
